Smoked Prosciutto Peaches
The perfect pairing of juicy, ripe peaches with salty aged prosciutto. This combo brings out the best in both flavors and being smoked on the Traeger makes the peaches juicier & the prosciutto crisp.
- 5 White Flesh Peaches
- 1 pkg Prosciutto Di Parma
- 1 handful Fresh Basil Leaves Optional***
Slices peaches to desired thickness. Cut prosciutto in half and then fold piece in half long ways. Wrap each peach and press prosciutto end to keep in place.Heat Traeger to 275 and place peaches on grill. Smoke peaches for 15 min and then flip sides and smoke another 15 minutes. Remove peaches and eat immediately. Just kidding allow them to cool for a couple minutes so you don't scald your mouth but then eat immediately!I love placing a bit of arugula salad on a plate and topping it with peaches. I think the spicy arugula and freshness of the greens really add to the flavors.
