Tasty Thai Hummus

  • Food Processor


  • 1 15 oz Can Chickpeas
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Cilantro
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil Extra Virgin
  • 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 tsp Minced Ginger
  • 1 Tbsp Peanuts (salted or unsalted work)
  • 1 tsp Curry powder
  • 2 Green Onions (diced & use whole onion)
  • 2 Limes (juiced)
  • 1 Tbsp Sriracha
  • 2-3 Cracks Sea Salt

Optional Garnishing Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp Chopped Cilantro
  • 1.5 Tbsp Chopped Green Onions
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped Peanuts


  • Place all ingredients in Cuisinart Food Processor or any other kind of blender and blend for 2-3 minutes. I like a creamy, smooth hummus but if you tend to like more texture, just blend for a shorter amount of time. This recipe is really easy chop the ingredients and throw them in the blender and within minutes you have an incredible dip.
