Insanely Delicious Summer Peach Ricotta Toast. The best sweet, spicy, creamy, crunchy & juicy flavor combo in every single bite! Must Make!!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 loaf sourdough bread
  • 10 oz full-fat ricotta cheese
  • 1 tsp chili onion crunch sauce Trader Joe's
  • 1 Tbsp Honey
  • Fresh Thyme
  • Peaches
  • Sea Salt & Black Peper

Instructions
 

  • Toast the bread to your desired texture and crunch. I personally like a good crisp to my toast. While you are toasting the bread, mix all the ingredients in the ricotta. I like to use my kitchenaid to mix but you could use a hand mixer or just mix by hand.
    Once toast is done, place on plate and spread the ricotta on top. I like a good layer on mine so I did 2-3 tablespoons in my slice of sourdough. This will vary depending on the size of your toast and desired consistency.
    Wash and slice your peach. I wanted to be able to fit the bite in my mouth so I sliced my peaches on the thinner side so that it wasn't a strugglee to fit.
    Layer the peaches on the toast & drizzle with a little extra thyme, honey, and chili onion crunch sauce.
    The ricotta stores well so you can make once and enjoy these insanely delicious summer peach ricotta toast all week long.
