Crispy Smoked Brussels Ingredients
- 2 bags Brussels from Trader Joe’s
- 2-3 Tablespoons Avocado Oil
- 2 pinches flaked sea salt
- 1-2 shakes red pepper flakes
- 3 Tbsp farm fresh honey
- everything but the bagel goat cheese
Recipe Directions
- Slice the bottom off of the brussels and then cut each in half. Place in a bowl and drizzle the avocado oil. sea salt and red pepper flakes on and toss.
- Preheat Traeger to 400 and using a grilling pan, pour the brussels on the pan and cook for 25-30 minutes. Cooking time will change depending on size of your brussels and your desired crispiness. About 10 minutes before the brussels are done, place the honey in an oven safe container and place in the Traeger. This allows for the honey to soak up some of the smokiness and heat up to make it easy to pour.
- Remove the brussels and honey from the Traeger. Place the brussels on a servings tray and top with the goat cheese and drizzle with honey. You are set to enjoy this plate of goodness!
