There is something so good about pairing juicy fruit with salty meats. I feel like the two bring out the best in each other with every bite. I was gifted some white peaches and as soon as I saw them I knew I wanted to make some Smoked Prosciutto Peaches.

This recipe takes a matter of minutes to put together and then allow your Traeger to do the work adding the hint of smokiness and crisp. During the time on the smoker, the peaches get juicier and the prosciutto crisps making it the perfect mix of flavors and textures.

Juicy, ripe white peaches wrapped perfectly with aged prosciutto di parma. Just taken off the Traeger to get that smoky flavor and juiciness in every bite. Prosciutto wrapped peaches

Smoked Prosciutto Peach Recipe

Smoked Prosciutto Peach Directions

  • Slices peaches to desired thickness. Cut prosciutto in half and then fold piece in half long ways. Wrap each peach and press prosciutto end to keep in place.
  • Heat Traeger to 275 and place peaches on grill. Smoke peaches for 15 min and then flip sides and smoke another 15 minutes.
  • Remove peaches and eat immediately. Just kidding allow them to cool for a couple minutes so you don’t scald your mouth but then eat immediately!
  • I love placing a bit of arugula salad on a plate and topping it with peaches. I think the spicy arugula and freshness of the greens really add to the flavors.
The perfect pairing of juicy, ripe white peaches paired with aged, salty prosciutto bringing together so much tastiness and flavors. The hint of smokiness from the Traeger just makes it that much more irresistible.
