Bacon, Brie, Pesto Pull-A-Part Bread finished with browned butter….. need I say more?

This bread is phenomenal & the perfect addition to any meal. Served with a big bowl of soup, salad or eaten by itself. The flavors come together incredibly and will have you reaching for more!
.
.
I recently found @pureblissbakingboise & I am so excited to try more of her delicious long fermented sourdough. Her bread not only tastes amazing, it’s beautiful too!
.
Here are the ingredients for this irresistible brie, bacon, pesto sourdough pull-a-part bread finished with browned butter!
.
Grab a loaf of original sourdough
.
- 1 large slice of small circle of Brie cheese, you honestly can’t go wrong with more cheese to melt in this bread.
.
- 6-10 slices of bacon, again, can’t go wrong with how much bacon you decide to stuff into this pull-a-part bread!
.
- 1 cup pesto either store bought or homemade.
.
- 1/2 cup browned butter
.
Optional add ins***
- sun-dried tomatoes
- herbs in your browned butter
.
.
.
.
Slice your bread just on the top to middle of the bread like a checkers board. You want medium size squares to give you a great piece to enjoy.
.
Cut the Brie into thin slices to stuff in each crack and around each square in the bread. Follow with the crispy bacon and then spoon the pesto in as well. Your bread loaf will be busting at the seams by the time you are finished stuffing it full.
.
Brown your butter until fragrant and brown in color. Slather the whole loaf with this. I always place a piece of parchment paper under it to grab the splatters. This will help with the flavor but also crisp the bread in the oven.
.
Place bread in Dutch oven pan or cookie sheet and bake at 350 until crisp on the outside and gooey, melty on the inside. Serve hot with a bowl of soup or as a side dish!

Spring is one of my favorite times in Boise because everything is in bloom! The flowers 💐, the trees 🌳, the foothills all filled with beautiful blooms!

I love spring because it feels like the whole city comes out of slumber. Everyone is excited to get out in the warmer temps and start enjoying outdoor dining & activities!

I’ve included some of my favorite things to do, yummy food to eat & thirst quenching drinks to sip! Favorite patios to enjoy the nice weather and higher temps. Day trips to take out of Boise to explore the surrounding areas & all they have to offer!

I absolutely loved each one of these studios, they were all so unique in what they were offering.

@purebarreboise - Downtown Boise . I loved the small room, intense small muscle movements that created an amazing workout like nothing I do at home.

@hollywoodmarketyoga - Northend Boise. Love the Infrared heated room, the beautiful space and the amazing yoga practice they offer.

@dopeboxingstudio - Downtown Boise. The POW class is like nothing I’ve ever done before and I felt so strong, empowered & just bad ass after this class. Everyone needs to experience it at least once.

@authenticyogaidaho - Boise & Meridian locations. Loved the heated room, the mindfulness and the nudge to go deeper into my body and find my strength.

@lotusyogaboise - Northend Boise. Might be one of the most beautiful yoga studios for the views of the foothills. Calming, wonderful space to just breathe and move your body.

@barre3eagle - Eagle, Idaho. A fun, community driven, amazing space to challenge yourself to move mindfully, find your strength, trust yourself and go after your biggest desires. You can take on anything after one of these classes.

@balance_meridian - Meridian, Idaho. A one stop shop for all things health and wellness. Offering so many classes, sauna, salt therapy, meditation and organic juices. A place to feel refreshed and alive.

I absolutely love The Springs for everything they have to offer and just how easy it is to enjoy. They offer private soaking springs, large community pool, with a smaller, hotter pool available. They divide their open days to adults only or all ages available making it fun for families and adults.

Perfect for a girls day, a romantic date in a private tub for two, take your kids on an adventure day or grab a group of friends for a quick trip for some rest and rejuvenation.

They have a full menu of food and drinks to enjoy while you soak. I love their charcuterie plate, it’s so yummy!
