I’m so happy to have you here and looking into the Sugar Blues Bootcamp. Soon you will be on the journey to kick your sugar cravings to the curb. I personally have put myself through so many sugar detoxes that I have lost count. I like to do these short processed sugar detoxes when I am wanting to get myself back into a more healthy routine.
If you have completed a sugar detox before, you know that they leave you sleeping better, feeling better & especially eating better. If this is your first processed sugar detox, I am so excited for you to jump in and take on the challenge. In my personal experience, the detoxes get easier each time you complete them. As the days go by you are left with newfound vibrant energy.
The BootCamp is designed to be 7 full days of no-added-sugar foods. You are able to go longer by switching up the recipes or shorter if you don’t have the time for a full week. I also included a guide to clean out your fridge and pantry before starting. This adds a couple of days of prep so that you set yourself up for success & have a better understanding of what is in your food. Once you complete your Bootcamp you will also find guidance on how to transition back into your normal routine.
Why I created the Sugar Blues Bootcamp
My intention for this Sugar Blues BootCamp is to give you the tools to better understand food labels and know the ingredients that are included. When I first started this journey it was an eye-opening experience to see how much sugar we consume. It is vital for us to know our daily intake and where it is coming from.
Another revelation I had while detoxing from sugar, was how much I started appreciating the taste of natural sugars again.
I think that so many products in our country are filled with unnecessary ingredients and fillers that create havoc on our health. I’ve taken on the challenge of recreating many favorites and turning them into healthier options. I believe that you can have your cake & eat it too, literally. I don’t think you have to have the mindset of “all or nothing”.

My goal for this cookbook and guide is that you are able to realize how delicious whole, real foods can be. How eating in this way can leave you feeling more energized, less depleted, sleeping better & living a life you desire.

This cookbook is chocked full of nutrient-dense, delicious foods to fill your plate with so you actually feel fed. They will nourish your body & help you feel your best while feeling satisfied and full. I am so excited that you are starting this journey for yourself, it truly is a life-changing decision.
Don’t get me wrong, it’s a challenge to wean yourself off of added sugars. They are ubiquitous. Would you ever think your tomato sauce could have more sugar in it than a candy bar? Processed sugars are in the majority of foods we consume on a daily basis. Over the years, we have become desensitized to the high levels of sugar, while our cravings have sky-rocketed. The challenge that I have put forth in the Sugar Blues Bootcamp is not easy. It will take some time, determination & self-control, but the end results are worth it. The results I found for myself were fewer sugar cravings, increased energy, better sleep, and clear skin.
