This recipe came about one day when I had a massive watermelon on hand but wanted to make something delicious from it. I wanted to have a side dish that was refreshing yet packed with flavor you might not expect with watermelon. I’ve created a watermelon salad with basil but I love fresh herbs so I settled with cilantro. I also love sea veggies and the benefits you get from eating them so I used Eden Foods sesame, sea vegetable seasoning. OMG! I don’t think I can even explain how good this dish is. You will just have to make it & see for yourself!
Epic 5 Ingredient Watermelon Fries
These watermelon “fries” were so fun to make and might just be the new way I always cut my melons. It makes it easy to grab a couple and enjoy all the flavors coming together.

– Watermelon, sliced in thin strips.
– 8 oz feta cheese
– 1 bunch of cilantro
– 1-2 limes depending on the size of the watermelon.
– 1 container Eden Foods sesame, sea vegetable seasoning.
Watermelon Fries Directions
Slice the watermelon and place it in a serving tray or large plate. Juice the limes over the watermelon sticks and then crumble the feta, cilantro & sesame mix over the top. I liked eating this as soon as it was prepared. Having the watermelon still chilled & the other ingredients fresh for the picking. It was so good & we have been eating it for snacks, lunch, side dish for dinner, literally can’t get enough.

- 1 Watermelon sliced in thin strips

- 1 bunch Cilantro minced
- 1-2 Limes juiced
- 1 container Eden Foods Sesame, Sea Vegetable Seasoning
