I have to admit that I absolutely love a good dijon mustard, the kind that has the mustard seeds of course! This chili dijon maple salmon is the perfect pairing of a little spice, a little mustard and the maple syrup really brings out the sweetness in the salmon. This recipe is easy to mix together and has become one of my favorites for meal prepping.
