I’m a private chef, holistic nutritionist, yoga instructor & life coach.
I strive to help others live their best lives through food, mindset & movement. I truly believe living a healthy life shouldn’t be complicated or hard. I believe in slowing down, getting back to our roots, eating real food & having true connections.
I share simple tips on how to choose wholesome and nourishing foods to place on your plate. I showcase ways to shift your mindset so that your thoughts are working for you instead of against. I move with you to to lead by example on how to mindfully move your body.
My goal is to upgrade your products, food, thoughts and movements in all areas of your life.
I work hard so that you have the opportunity to be the best version of yourself in a life you have always dreamt of.
Understanding that we are always moving through growth, stillness, rebirth. The seasons of the year and the patterns that mother nature moves through allows you to better understand the cycles we too are moving through daily.
I started my private chef and catering business so that I could continue to dream up recipes and share my passion for food with others.
Making it a point to support locals and to visit as many farmers markets as possible.
I made fresh, seasonal vegetables the main attraction in my meals. Proteins and healthy fats took the form of beans, whole grains, pasture-raised eggs and meat, wild seafood, nuts and seeds.
Over time, I began to notice a shift in my emotional and physical health, I had found a way to create a community surrounding the holistic benefits of food, movement and friendship.

Traveling lights me up, fills me with curiosity, excitement, passion & life!
My family moved a TON when I was growing up so the travel bug was planted early. After college I attended Culinary Arts school in Florence, Italy and have never looked back.
My husband and I usually do two international trips a year and I still find myself with the itch. I want to share all the places I travel to, what I eat, where I stay & of course what I saw with you!
I truly believe life is about traveling, exploring, finding adventure, whether that be in your backyard, city, country or around the world! Endless opportunities!
I hope to inspire you to get out into the world and experience wanderlust for yourself.
As a teenager, I loved checking out food, nutrition & cookbooks.
I couldn’t wait to get my hands on the new books and to start implementing the information into my life.
I was always curious about different ways to move my body, food to include in my diet, as well as how to create a powerful mindset.
My education paired with my worldly travels and culinary training heightened my curiosity & desire to know more. Having my eyes opened to so many cultures, cuisines, and ways of living, shifted my beliefs.
I have been learning, educating, and sharing with others ever since my time abroad. It is my life’s mission to show that life is meant to be enjoyed to the fullest. Food is to be tasted. Air breathed in deeply. Bodies moved mindfully. And, life, lived passionately. loudly and to the best of our abilities.
When it comes to self-care, my thoughts and ideas are a bit different.
I truly believe that self-care is multi-faceted. I don’t think that it is only about facials, massages, bubble baths & treating yourself. It is about holding yourself accountable, working hard for what you are passionate about, and not letting yourself settle for less.
I believe all of these things coming together equally, creates the ultimate self-care. It allows you to take care of your mind, body, and soul, along with pushing yourself to be the best version possible.
I love learning, creating, and implementing healthy habits that support my goals in life. I truly believe that it is the habits that we make that create our lives, our health, makeup our overall wellness. It is the small actions that we do daily that build our base and set us up to live a full life. A life that fills us up and creates space for more goodness to come our way.
